Marketing Executive

Description

As Marketing Executive for one of the fastest growing and most visited hiring platforms in the Caribbean, your role is multi-faceted, but your primary objective is to grow B2B and B2C brand awareness and brand equity to help grow our business into the future. You will be responsible for supporting the sales function to drive B2B growth through effective and innovative marketing campaigns whilst also ensuring that our website visits are increasing, and our user’s experience is second to none. Brand enhancement is always at the forefront of your mind.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and implementing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns. Accountable for all marketing, PR, communications, events related activities
  • Competitor and market analysis to determine clear insights which will define our strategic marketing approach
  • Manage relationships with external partnerships -advertising agency and social media agency and third-party suppliers, setting clear KPI’s and monitoring performance.
  • Involved in all aspects of event management – attending and organising events to promote the platform to Jobseekers and corporate clients. Deliver timely and concise reports on activity, progress and effectiveness
  • Work with group SEO and SEM functions to ensure site is optimised for search traffic – developing landing pages and content to drive traffic to our platform
  • Work cohesively with sales management and internal stakeholders
  • Develop content and campaigns to drive B2B demand generation and lead generation – develop reports to track performance and sales activity
  • Regular liaison with PR company to maximise opportunities to promote the business
  • Responsible for compiling customer / salary surveys
  • Responsible for product/service development & the implementation of new initiatives in consultation with our web development team
  • Work with sales management to improve the effectiveness of marketing activity

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have tertiary level certification in Marketing with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant marketing experience which must include indepth development and execution of online strategies.

  • You are commercially acute, passionate about online and possess proven brand building expertise with preferably a hybrid between B2C and B2C experience
  • Hungry to succeed, proactive and able to work on own initiative
  • Eager to take on more responsibility with a “can do”, problem solving attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Online savvy, preferably with strong technical acumen
  • Track record of delivering winning multi-channel B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Capable of analysing data to help identify opportunities and develop service & product
  • Adept at compiling reports on marketing activity and effectiveness, and capable of delivering on time.
  • A digital native that has experience in managing and growing social media channels for brands previously. Keeping on top of the of ever-changing social media trends.
  • Some design and Photoshop experience
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality work
  • Good computer skills with high level of competency in all Microsoft Office packages
